Flexible Tanks

They are made with internally reinforced geomembranes with a polyester shield and an outer layer of UV protection.
The sealing of the gaps is achieved through the fusion welding process (at high temperatures) and with double reinforcement at the extremities of the equipment through the arc welding process.

Primary benefits

Resistance at high and low temperatures (high UV protection)

As the tank is airtight, the liquid is not lost via evaporation

Easy to use and repair in case of accidents or perforations

Large storage capacity in a small space

Low thermal conductivity

High resistance to chemical corrosion, It is not affected by prolonged exposure to UV radiation

It consists of a loading point with flange of two inches and a point for drainage of two inches with a stopcock.
Useful for temporary or long-term storage (with an average lifespan of more than 10 years).

The tanks are prepared to store liquids such as rainwater, effluents such as manure, sewage, liquid fertilisers and hydrocarbons.

The anti-UV treatment of the technological fabric coated with high performance PVDF / URETHANE prevents the development of algae or bacteria for protective storage.

The enclosed structure of the flexible tank prevents evaporation, external contamination, risks of leakage and confines odours for a practical and long-lasting liquid reserve.

A flexible tank is quick and easy to instal and can be placed on a flat, stable and horizontal surface. The rainwater collection units can be installed under a roof with drains leading to the opening on the upper entry.

The tanks are used mainly for the displacement and conservation of liquids in agricultural areas.

We have 15,000 and 20,000 litres tanks in stock, as well as custom-made samples for small spaces.

They are easily displaceable because the material is lightweight and foldable.
